I know, I know it's been said a thousand times before but I have to say it again. UE's CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING. I called them to order a replacement cable for my UE5c's after the cable had tinted green (which started to happen about a year or so after I received them). I have had my UE's for more then a year so I knew they were out of warrenty. UE said it was no problem and mailed me a replacement cable free of charge, no questions asked.

I would have to agree. My experience is great so far.

These raving reviews of UE's CS are one of the top reasons I decided to get the Super.fi 5 Pro.

Great customer services are rare these day, especially online. UE is one of those rare one, highly recommend them.

Indeed. They pretty much set the gold standard for CS.
