Man, it's been a while since I last tasted a good serving of customer service.

Well just to make the long story short, the cables for my 5pros broke on where the memory wire is and the silver wire was exposed. I recalled somebody saying here that UE's CS is top-notch and so I tried. I emailed them and guess what? They only asked for my address on where to send the replacement wire. 2 weeks after that, the wires were at my doorstep.

Just giving the deserved props to UE. Keep it up guys!

Yup. I recently stopped by their office ( I happen to work in Irvine too) to do a diagnosis of my TF10.
The girl (BTW, very cute) set up an appointment to come by and told me that... there was nothing wrong with my TF10.
I guess my listening taste has changed...

Same deal with my SF5 pro cables: one side just died, so I got in touch with UE and received a replacement without any hassle.
