Hi,

Does anyone knows if the Ultimate Ears custom cables (Custom Accessories - Products - Ultimate Ears Earphones Headphones Personal Monitors) works with the Super.fi 5 EB??? I would like to order a black custom cable but don't know if they will actually work with my 5 EB.

yes, might have to cut/shave it a little bit.

use the search for triple fi recabled or something.
many people use the westone es2 cables as well on their super fi or triple fis.

One stupid problem with the custom cables is that they are extremely heat sensitive, and become very stiff during cold weather. Don't know how hot it is very you live, but when the temperature is around zero it is an annoying ting with them...
The cables are very good, a little on the bright side.

idiotekniQues, what color is it and lenght? Im looking for a black 64" custom cable. Another question, do you think it will work properly and fit properly with a Super.fi 5 EB?

Yeah I agree on the Cables - they remind me of cheap extension cord that is kind of "brittle" when it's cold out. But the cabling, when at a good temperature, seems very durable and strong.

Dont worry, I live in Mexico, in Baja, so the weather is not a problem. 12 °C minimum.
