It says very clearly 1 copy per student, so that'd mean 1 even if you;re at 2 universities. It also says 1 per household (postal address), which will be interesting for all those in halls of residence ordering up.

I'm sure if you phoned microsoft they'd sell you another key for less than the cost of a whole buy, but I doubt it'll be £30.

It it going to be Professional Upgrade for $39.99 CAD for Canadian students, but I think a clean install is possible with upgrade version.
I'll be selling my Home Upgrade from Amazon soon

just found out this from Microsoft:

Purchase Limitations:
Eligible students may purchase up to three licenses, but no more than one license from each of the three sections above per valid e-mail address or billing address.

Purchase Limitations:
Eligible students may purchase one licenses per valid e-mail address or billing address.
