It says very clearly 1 copy per student, so that'd mean 1 even if you;re at 2 universities. It also says 1 per household (postal address), which will be interesting for all those in halls of residence ordering up.

or worse, student flats. some of the big ones may have 8 students in them but would all be the same address.

they could always use the parental units address though as a get around

It it going to be Professional Upgrade for $39.99 CAD for Canadian students, but I think a clean install is possible with upgrade version.
