I've seen other people have this problem as well so I know its not just me. The left earcup keeps on falling off the swivel and I have to keep putting it back on.

Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Blue Loctite threadlocker is the medium strength flavor. That's overkill for a small screw like that. Small screws have less leverage and don't need the strong stuff to stay tight. In fact, the medium strength Loctite there would probably mean you'll never be able to remove the screw without stripping the head or stripping the threads.

Low strength threadlocker (for Loctite brand it's the purple flavor) will be plenty strong enough to hold that small screw.

You can find Loctite at auto parts supply shops.

For small screws you can also use clear fingernail polish. I use clear fingernail polish on the screws that tend to vibrate loose on my bicycle. Things like the water bottle cage. The fingernail polish holds just fine for those uses and it is still easy to remove the screws later.
