I have a problem; my headphones may be broken. It started when my music started to crackle, and I just ignored it. Then my music started going on and off, and now the wire has to be in a certain position for me to hear my music properly.

Does anyone have a solution? If I bend the wire even a tiny bit, my music will mute or sound distorted. The problem is coming towards the part that plugs into my music source, which has to be completely straight or the problem will occur.

I think it sounds like connection issues in the plug. The easiest way is probably to reterminate the cable by cutting off the current plug and soldering a new one on.

I'm hoping that the manufacturer will do something about it, because I've owned them for a mere 14 days. I may have to resort to this, though.
