I am a keyboard player and I have the Shure 535and custom JH13v2. I'm looking for other CUSTOMS with good mid-highs, like the 535 but with a little more Sub Bass.The main use will be to play live. I also like the JH13v2 with 4 pin and the bass control, but it lacks a little bit the high mids for pianos, synths, and the overall sound is a little soft for my taste. I need to hear the full range of frequencies, I want them to sound “in your face”. If the stage is wider or narrower, it doesn't matter to me in general because I have most of the instruments in MONO in my mix, only the keyboards go in Stereo.
I'm between Utlimate Ears UE7 and UERR (reference Remastered). Also, I'm looking at only these 3 brands: JH Audio, CTM, UE. Could someone advise me on one of the two models?
