Hey Guys - I received my ue11s last thursday and I just can't get a good seal in my left ear. I thought I would listen to them a lot over the weekend to see if it was just me, but I don't believe it is. My right earphone fits absolutely perfect!

Anyway, does anyone know what the procedure is for getting this remedied?

Do I have to get another mold of my ear and send it to them and wait for 4 weeks? I hope not.

No you don't get it remade, Ultimate Ears will build up the canal for you with extra acrylic. It's very common dont worry.

I just sent mine back today because of slight fit issues with the highs.

I am much happier now. I talked with UE and their customer service is top notch! I sent my ue11s in today (Monday) and I will have them back by Friday!
