I had to buy a new cable after the stock cable broke. I heard that the Ultimate Ears custom cable was a good replacement, but like the title says, the new cable for my left TF10 earphone (only the left) keeps falling off really easily. My guess is the connection is just a little too loose from wear. Are there any basic tips or strategies to stop this?

Had the same thing happen to my triple-fis on the right earphone.  I couldn't find any way to tighten the connection short of taking them apart.  Eventually, the right earphone fell one day never to be found -- be careful.

You have probably stretched TF10's pin connectors out too much from plugging and unplugging the cable. I think the only options are a reshell or glue/tape the cable in place.

You could try flattening the pins on the cable ever so slightly.  This should make them wider so (hopefully) the fit the sockets tighter.

Cover each pin with a light coating of solder.
