UE-5/UE-10 (or any other custom IEM) filter changing?

I have a pair of UE-10 Pros and they have the same or very similar kind of "green filters" used in the Etymotic ER-4 series IEMs.

However, they are not user removable... and I worry that they're going to clog up sometime later and will need servicing.

Does UE provide this filter changing service free of charge? Anyone have experience with this?
