Hello, I'm currently running the setup: pc > Icon Mobile > Bravo V2 > Ultrasone 750

I know my system is only as good as it's weakest part, and I feel my Icon Mobile is that part. I just got my bravo v2 and I really like how it sounds with my ultrasones, but I'm thinking a better source would really improve my setup.

Does anyone have experience with both the Icon Mobile and the uDac? If so, would it be worth it to upgrade to the uDac? I'm not willing to spend more than $150 on a dac.

Thanks!

The uDAC is the better amp/dac. But the advantage with the Icon Mobile is that it is well, mobile. You can use it with your iPod and PC. The uDac only as a USB input and as such can only be used with your PC/laptop.

you may also want to look at just dedicated DAC. unfortunately i don't really know of any at that price range, but you may be able to find one better suited for what you need as you won't require the amp/dac combo (since you have the bravo)
