Found this typing speed test, give it a try.

My speed is around 530 characters, 100 words per minute with 2> mistakes on average, which I think is pretty good for an untrained typist.

What's yours?

Second and third try: 332 and 336 points. That means this test is quite stable. P.S. I never make mistakes, somehow I automatically 'feel' them and press backspace.

Those are all really easy words, there's hardly any words more than 10 letters and it's just random words with no punctuations or symbols.

EDIT: Tried both Opera and IE. I don't get any results in Opera and it doesn't even load in IE.

If I correct for the number of fingers I used, I get 1180char/230words (it is called 10-fast-fingers, I only use 2!).

Edit: Just did it again. 533 pts, 738 char/min, 134 correct 5 wrong.

I have done audio typing, trust me, it's about 10 times harder than that site. No punctuation makes it a walk in the park.
