Is the Opamp/buffer u want supposed to go into a dummy adapter before you put it into the amp? And as well, there is a half circle marked at the Opamp i'm going to put in. I assume that that circle should match up with the circle cut out on the dummy adapter so that its alligned the right way? And just to be sure, the dummy adapter is the part that has a square cut out in the middle right?

Pictures sure would be helpful. I can affirm that the half circles should match up, but other than that, pics would be great.
