I have a 48 inch TWag OM cable for my JH13s but yesterday, all of a sudden there's no more sound from my left ear.  
 
The IEM is fine because I tested it with the right side of the cable and it works so there's something wrong with the TWag.
 
Since they're pretty expensive, can I get it somehow fixed instead of buying a brand new one?  Who should I contact?

Craig has a reputatuon for the "worst" Customer Service" in the business!  I sent a cable in for "out of phase" problem that came that way from Whiplash, and it took a month to get it back.....so almost three months from order, to getting a good cable.  Dozens of emails unanswered during that time!  Never again for me with Whiplash cables!  Peter at DHC however, is the exact opposite, he answere emails sometimes within minutes!
