Turntable set up under $800?

I'm new to turntables but I want to get into it so I need a complete set up (including speakers) under $800. I would like to be able to connect my headphones (hd598's) or the speakers the setup (and if possible use the amp to with my computer). No idea if I can actually set it up how I want but thanks for any help.
