I'd like to convert my beloved Fidelio X2 into a wireless headset. I know there are solutions that technically offer what I'm looking for, namely putting Bluetooth and a microphone into a small box with a standard phone jack.
Heck, I even had the FiiO BTR3K in my cart already and was just about to hit the order button, when I had the gut feeling to look up sound demos for the microphone. Needless to say, I was severely disappointed. Even the built-in microphone of an iPhone sounds infinitely better.
So now I'm back to square one. I'm looking for a device to turn my headphones into a wireless headset with reasonably good mic quality. It doesn't have to be studio quality by a long shot, but come on, at least phone levels should be reachable.
Budget is 100€.
