hi!

This might be a stupid question but im new to the tube game

There are two tubes in the v8p and i was wondering if they are separate?
Meaning one tube per headphone output

And in that case can i use two different tubes to get two different sound signatures from each output?

Also do you have any recomendtions on tubes that would go nicely with my Sennheiser HD800s and HD58X

No, these are a tube per channel. So you replace them with the two same tubes. Usually, a "matched pair" is best.
