TubeMagic D1 with HD650? Any other suggestions?

I recently acquired the SH HD650, now I'm looking at the TubeMagic D1 as a DAC/AMP.
Is it a worthwhile purchase?
Are there any other suggestions for <350$?
 
Kind of new so... yeah.
