Yes I did say that didn’t I. For me a pair of HE-500’s and a CTH are just very very good.

For planar magnetic do not understand why they have lower impedance than beyerdynamic 1990 pro and still are wanted?
I know the higher impedance, the better!

Don't forget Garage1217 Project Sunrise. People seem to be prefer it over the Ember and it's a hybrid too.

Well, some of the review sites i visited mostly say high impedance= better sound!
But in the end i've decided not to buy a tube amp and to keep my money for Hifiman HE5se!
