Hi there,
 
As the title says I'm looking for a tube amp for under 150$ including shipping.
The amp will be driving a DT990 600omh and perhaps a k7xx in the future.
I was thinking to get the Schiit Vali - 119$ w/shipping - 30$, thus my price mark 150$.
I'm wondering if there is anything on par with the Vali in that price range.
 
P.S tube rolling(if such is recommended should be within the price range).

The Little Dot amps might be an option.  I don't have any experience with them.  I've auditioned the Vali and have the Valhalla.  The Vali would be a decent choice for the 990s.  I have a pair also that's 600 Ohm.  The rails in the Vali provide a good output swing for the 990s.  It has enough power to drive them too.
Tube rolling isn't really an option on the Vali as it uses portable-type tubes that are soldered in place.  The output impedance of the Vali is a little high, so future phones with a really low impedance might not be a good choice.  Your amp choices in your price range are somewhat limited.  I'm sure others will chime in with some more suggestions.
