When switching off my Valhalla 2 amp I hear a quiet crackle coming from the tubes or amp. Not a sound in the headphones but from the actual, physical amp. I just wanted to see if this was normal.

I owned the amp for a while and that is not normal from what I noticed. You might want to ask the guys from Schiit.

you have to be real close to hear it like turning off a lamp persay, if itz "loud" then you should send them back for a check

I don't hear this from my Lyr 2 or Vali 2, but I haven't put my ear to the things either.
