I am soon to get some headphones and a dedicated amp. What I want to know is how I can use my HP's with my TT?

Can I plug my dedicated amp right into my TT and it will work? or do I need to plug my dedicated amp into my TT amp? If so how do I plug it in? thanks

TT --> dedicated phono stage or preamp with phono --> headphone amp --> headphones

Ok which wires would I require to plug from the phono into the dedicated amp? what would the input on the dedicated amp be?

Your turntable wires get plugged into the phono preamp, and that gets plugged into any input on your headphone amp.

OK, let's try again:

Turntable output cables get connected to the INPUT jacks of the phono preamp.

Connect OUTPUT jacks of the phono preamp to the INPUT jacks on the headphone amp.

These will all be RCA cables.
