Hi everybody,

This is the theme I am trying to install - http://br3tt.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d25uftt

Now, here is what I do:
I install foobar2000,

The manual says to copy the xchange folder into the foobar2000 skins folder. I go into my foobar2000 install folder, but there is no skins folder already there, so I made one myself, in which I installed xchange.

I then copy the dll's into the components folder

I wasn't sure what to do with the API (plugin) files. One says 'interface', and the other says 'jscript'. So I just copied them into the main directory folder of foobar2000.

I then open up foobar2000 and try and import the FCS file which is located in the xchange foler, but a message comes up saying invalid file.

Thats as far as I've gotten so far, cause that invalid file thing seems to be a fairly big roadblock.

If someone could pleasee help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, Foobar skins go into the themes folder.

Thanks for the link, but unfortunately his website forum is down, and has been for around a week now (i've been trying to access it for info hence my current state of ignorance).
What folder do the plugins go in?

No Br33t, the make of the theme I am trying to dl, he has a website with a forum where he directs anyone with questions. that forum is down. Anyways I made an account on hydrogenaudio and pm'd the guy.

Interestingly i had to install foobar on another computer today and noticed in the latest version some of the folders have moved. I think the themes go in /%application data%/foobar2000/profiles, somewhere. Anyway your skin's help is for the older version, which is why you are having problems.
