I have some background info. My budget is $200, which I can stretch if I have to. I live in the US (California, to be specific). I mostly listen to dubstep and electronic music in general, I'll also use this for gaming (Not that important though, because I can also use my headset instead), and movies so it would be ideal if I can also hook it up to my TV, which is right next to my computer. I don't do any kind of mixing, so if you want to recommend studio monitor speakers, I won't use it for its accuracy in sound reproduction. I don't have any kind of internal sound card, DAC, or amp. I'm using the integrated sound on my Asus ROG motherboard, which they call SupremeFX, but I have no doubt that any sound card bought separately is better than it. I also don't have any cables, so I would appreciate it if you can include the necessary cables I'll need to hook it up to my computer and TV, a 32" Samsung, if it matters.

Maybe hunt Craiglist Calif for nice used cheap receiver with multi inputs and the Sony SS-B3000 hit low for it's asking price (basic/start up 2.0 set up)
