I'm trying to clear out all my PMs. I deleted everything I could see, but the total counter still shows 80 messages.

It probably doesn't actually matter, but in case one of the mods has nothing better to do, could you see if it can be reset to zero?

Just to be sure, did you delete your sent ones too? I couldn't figure out for the longest time why my PM total didn't go to zero until I remembered that I had to clear the sent ones as well.

Yep. The little drop down for both inbox and sent items show "0 messages"

Huh that's weird. I guess a mod will definitely have to look at it!

Check you message tracking. Whenever you send a message it places it in the message tracking area and counts towards your alloted PM number.

I cleared out 39 message receipts earlier.

I've had this happen to me before. I deleted about 20 out of 120 messages and it still said I had 120. So I deleted a couple more the next day and everything was good.

This happened to me as well. I deleted everything and it still said Total 1, but it eventually fixed itself. I'm not sure why.

Anyway to save PMs after they reach 120? like in a folder or something? archive it?

sure can, look at the bottom right of the pm page! I used to do that, but then I contributed and one of the perks (aside from supporting this awesome community) is increased pm space!

The counter finally reset itself to the correct number as I was clearing out some recent sent messages.
