I've been trying a lot of closed headphones lately and noticed that very few of them are truly around ear. I really would like a comfortable pair and while most open headphones are very spacious (HD600, Fidelio X2, etc.) the closed ones are often way smaller.
 
So I'm looking for recommendations on truly around ear closed headphones. The only ones I've tried are the DT770, and they might be fine but I would like some alternatives.

I definitely enjoy my Akg K553 pros, and they are usually available on Massdrop. I swapped in Brainwavz HM5 pads and wired in a 3.5mm headphone jack to allow for a removable cable and they've been a great pair to use daily.
