I just imported my new A25 walkman and it prompted me to update on the media go software on the pc.
I started the update and after a couple of minutes a window popped up saying -update failed, check your walkman- or something like that, and now my brand new walkman  doesn't even turn on.
I looked for a troubleshooting guide but didn't find much, I'd appreciate it if anyone can help.
