[Phishin Phool]

I am fairly new to Jriver and recently set up Gizmo on my android phone. I went through the port opening etc and all was working fine. Went to use it yesterday and could not connect (either via  wi-fi or 4g streaming) from my office. When I got home I found out that I can connect remotely when my phone is on my home wi-fi network but not over.
 
I am assuming there must be some sort of connection config issue but I can't seem to figure it out and the jriver wiki hasn't been helpful. Any help is greatly appreciated. JK
