Hi, I just got the dx160 and did the latest update, but it will not login to Tidal. WiFi works fine for other devices in my bedroom, so I’m not sure what’s going on. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I bought it to use for streaming in my bedroom, so I’m feeling like I might have made a mistake.

I'm not sure what could be the issue, I have DX160 but I don't use Tidal. There's certainly a bunch of people who use Tidal with DX160 though. Double-check your login details. It's possible that some channel settings of the router might affect this, but frankly I don't know so hopefully you get a more technical answer.
