Hi, for my first post, I wanted to give some feedback regarding my TRN T300.
The problem is that when I put the headphones back in the box (and close it), they don't disconnect from the smartphone all the time. When I walk away, they disconnect from the smartphone (when the distance is sufficient) but they reconnect when I get closer to the box.
I also talked with other people who have this model and have no problem, so I think my box is deffective.

So I contacted LuckLZ Audio Store which is the merchant on Aliexpress where I bought the TRN.


I let you read the discussion and the lack of support from this seller.
His answer leaves me confused.
