It's straight, though the jack on the extention cable is L shaped.

Mine have an L shaped jack. There seems to have been a refresh in the triple.fi's as some images show the double flange tips which are no longer included in the box, instead 2 pairs of comply tips.

Previous gen Triple.Fi 10 = L shaped and comes in a black box.
New gen Triple.Fi 10 = | shaped and comes in a blue/silver box.

The earphones themselves are unchanged.  The newer cord is a little thin/softer/more flexible.  The old cord had some memory to it.  The new jack is tiny and feels fragile compared to the decently robust old one.  The newer version also comes with Comply T-400 or T-500 (not sure which one it actually is) tips stock so you don't have to buy any.

As far as I'm aware, there are zero fakes in existence.

I bought the TF10s from the Amazon deal last November and they have an L shaped plug on both the earphones themselves and the extension cable.
