im a frequent competitor in LAN events for counterstrike 1.6
i use my proline 750's to game with but during the dead time between matches im usually listening to music and surfing around, i have come to adore my K240's for my current music of choice, wich is mainly in the ereas of jazz and neurofunk, as well as quite a bit of nu-jazz. my prolines to me are immaculate contendors for gaming, but arent adding the fun factor into my music.
im looking for something that will be of generally low cost and keep my K240's kind of warm, as well as be easily transported "to and fro" these little events.
i do have my LDM+ built into the face of my little lanrig at the moment but it just seems a little bit too bright, and im not quite ready to move to tubes (much too poor).
i tend to try and only play events with a little bit of winnings, so ill try and save up some winnings for a projected budget of around $300, open to most any suggestions.
