What are some good programs to track bandwidth through a router? I'm currently using Speed Meter Pro, and Network Magic but the numbers they come up with don't seem realistic. I just installed them maybe 4 hours ago, and it says the down traffic through the router is 2.53gb. I know I haven't downloaded that much stuff tonight, so the numbers seem questionable.

Do you want plug and play or do you want to tinker?

Solarwinds has some nice tools that look like gauges.

If you like to tinker, MRTG is the freeware standard for bandwidth monitoring.

Don't forget your surfing, email programs/sites automatically checking emails, updating banner ads, spyware on your system, etc.
