Touchpad gesture = key strokes? How?

Is there anyway I can assign the top two corners of my touchpad to a sequence of key strokes? ie. Tab & Shift+Tab

I know I can set it to run apps but how use the run prompt to enter keystrokes?

This is a Dell D610 if you must know.
