Seems like there are so many good amp choices in the ~$150 range that I don't know which one to get.

Here's what I'm trying to decide between:
-Go-Vibe V5 with STEPS power supply
-Shellbrook Mini Head Signature
-Practical Devices XM4
-Cute Beyond (what's the difference between the various Cute models?)

To be used at my desk at work. Headphones now are SR-60's and DT-770/80's, but i'd like the amp to versatile, as I like to try different headphones.

Seems like any one of them would do a good job, but I figured i'd get some comments from the peanut gallery to help guide my purchase.

thanks in advance for your suggestions/comments

Are those the only ones you are interested in?

Fr. John started a thread similar to yours (501s & cx300s)....I suggested the Xenos OHA REP for portability. I have the 3HA (REP is on the way) and am very happy with it. I can use it with my 501s, 580s SR60s etc. It is a powerful little thing (not really that small) and basically can drive anything you throw at it. It is more of a desktop amp...
Good luck
Jes
