Hello, I just recieved my Tomahawk and I must say it's beautiful and sounds awesome. I must applaud Ray for his quick replies and fast service (I pay-pal-ed him Fri. and got the amp today- Tues.!).

Anyway, as far as burn in, do I have to have a load hooked up to the amp or can I just leave it on without anything hooked up to it?

Thanks as always

Scott.

Heya, grats on your fine purchase!

as far as I understand it you should have both a source and headphone hooked up and playing music at a fairly high volume for effective burn-in.

You will need to have current flowing through the Tomahawk to burn it in.
Hook it up to a source, plug in a pair of headphones (any pair) and let it play...

If you dont want to have the earphone making noises, can you use an earphone attenuator to turn its volume to zero? (like I have a cheapie sony earphone with built in attenuator).
