I prefer the Gilmore Dynamic to the PPA. Still, the PPA is an excellent amp and isn't likely to disappoint. The PPA is also supported a little better around here.

Try search. You'll find several recommendations for what's good with 650's.

Graham Slee Solo Mk 3. Sennheiser use them to demo the 650's on the hi fi rounds and they sound good to my ears.

Please bear in mind that this is the DIY forum you're posting in. I'm sure the GSS is a great amp, but I don't think anyone will be buidling one for themselves any time soon.

That PPA looks pretty tastey for a DYI amp. Anyone know how much the materials would cost for it, or should I just do a search for that? Also, is the bass boost sweet goodness?
