I have been lusting after the Heir Audio 4A for quite a while now but I have a concern. I have moderate TMJ syndrome that causes my jaw to misalign sometimes. I never have any problems with my EQ7s, but I was wondering if anyone has had any problems with customs because of jaw issues. Has anyone had such a problem with fit or comfort?

I would go with the 4Ai just to play it safe, but I can never get a good fit with my left ear with any iems (Being really tall isn't the rose parade that you think it is, kids). I really would love to get a set of customs and take advantage of Heir's promotional pricing before it's over.

What does your Audiologist say?

I haven't been to an audiologist yet.  I didn't want to waste money on an audiologist if they are going to tell me that customs are going to be incompatible with my TMJ problems.
