Pretty good for the price. For $100 factory-refurbed they are king. 
 
Get SE535 only if you listen to a lot of vocals, and only if you prefer the way Shure tunes their IEM sounds.
 
Both have got obvious strength and with that, weaknesses. Neither are do-all end-all IEMs. 
 
Also depends on what you already have in your collection, and how you want to complement that collection.
