Newbie here, just got my E500s today.

I've been using the triflanges as they aren't very uncomfortable and they offer the best isolation. Problem with them is sometimes the sound is muffled and I have to adjust them, and they are uncomfortable, almost painful to put in my ears.

How easy is ingress/egress of customs? How's the isolation compared to tri-flanges?

About $100 total after the audiologist and bill to Sensaphonics?(They don't list prices)
