I picked them up for relatively cheap, $35 on sale.
Impressions:
1. Really good for vocal pieces.
2. Not that good for rock or groove. bass doesn't extend far enough.
3. I'm not used to having such detailed upper register sound, sibilance from the cymbals.
4. Build is okay but honestly probably will require me to break out the soldering iron at some point.
5. Not sure what to make of the wood build. It probably is largely placebo and a gimmick. But then with the competencies of headphones so good now placebo probably is all that there is left.
6. Impressed with the small size and comfort of fit.
7. These will be for home use when listening to classical wood string instruments and vocal pieces.
