Hi, im thinking of getting an amp to suppliment my AKG K240's, and im wondering if there are any out there for maybe less then 100 usd. I looked at some Fiio models (the E7 and E8) and they look decent, but ide like something that is on my desktop, dont really need a portable one.

I have the FiiO E10 and I like it a lot for my laptop/PC. It's USB powered (without internal battery) so it is not a portable option which is what you want. The E10 is a DAC/amp combination but smaller than the size of a pack of cigs. Pick one up for <$80 USD.
