Never heard of fake UEs. That guy has pretty good feedbacks and sells a lot of UE IEMs. I assume it's good.

size? the spf3, spf5p and triple.fi have the same form factor and shape and dimensions.

The OP is fine to want the 5's for the size. The Triple.fi are quite a bit larger.
