Well, my etymotic ER-4P are in, and even through my horrible sound card, the improvements are great. They bass goes greater, highs are great, and the mids are awesome. Best 200 I have ever spent. But on fit, they are in so the the tri-flanges cannot be seen, is that good?

If they are comfortable, have formed a good seal, and sound good, then you should be fine.

One note of caution: resist the temptation to ever remove them by pulling or yanking on the cord. I know that sounds "duh" obvious, but sometimes it's worth stating the obvious. I carelessly did this once in a while with a pair of ER6s, and, sure enough, they eventually broke.

I found the Etys really uncomfortable for the first few weeks I had them - but I definitely got used to them now, and I actually find them comfortable at this point.

Cheers,
Clutz
