You know, that is what I would have assumed, but if you look through their website, they sell Senn HD595's for $249.95 and have other phones at prices you would expect to see. So, it makes it look less suspicious somehow. At any rate, for that price it is almost worth taking a risk on .... hmmm.
There really aren't any fakes of the mid-level Sennheiser 'phones, so they're probably selling those at a regular price because they're real. The ESW9 goes for around $250; $45 is waaaay too good to be true.
