I'm waiting for an Adcom GCD-750 CD player to arrive. It's going to be the CD transport and DAC for my Gilmore Lite I love Adcom, only they would be nuts enough to put a digital input on CD player. This solves two problems for me: #1 upgrading the weakest link in my headphone rig (the USB DAC) and #2 giving me a good CD transport for it. FedEx says it's supposed to arrive on Monday. This weekend is going to be looong.

3 things: My HD-280s to come back from Sennheiser USA, which should be in transit back to me. The headband broke and the left ear cup was detaching. My Wave (2004) multi-tool from Leatherman from going through the service warranty. Got there on Monday, and probably won't get it until some time next week. Since I use it everyday, I can't imagine how I can live without it. And 2 new DVDs from CriterionDVD.com ("The Vanishing" by Georges Sluizer, and "Le Samouraï" by Jean Pierre-Melville), which I can't wait to watch.
