I could not find any threads specifically going for two things:
small size plus as good as physically possible SQ.  
 
I mean, are there anything around Sansa Clip size that eats Clip for breakfast in terms of sound quality?
 
I don't have much exp with IEM's, but i'm looking for something to pair with ATH - CK10 's.
 
It has to be small, and with as good as possible SQ. Ruggedness and comfort would be preferable too.

No. There are other clip-sized players.  Nothing that eats it for breakfast.
