Al has a new disc "Flesh on Flesh" out. He is reunited with Anthony Jackson on bass for this disc.
The disc contains a nice mix of electric and acoustic mix. The music and feel definitely has a Casino, Elegant Gypsy, or Splendido Hotel feel to it. It is also nice to hear Al playing a Strat on one song.
The sound quality is great. For Flesh on Flesh, the guitarist got Roger Nichols (Steely Dan, Beach Boys) to help engineer the disc.
