I originally ordered it way back in april, but after 10 days when it hadn't come I called sennheiser canada only to find out that the person I talked to on the phone forgot to write down what item I wanted!
I thought I would give the cable a long time to come to before I called again in case they didn't have it in stock (they said they did) so I called and the tech department wasn't there at 2 pm in the afternoon on a wednesday?!?! So they put me through to the customer service manager and he wasn't there!!
The cable finally came today (30th may) with an order form that says a shipping date of the 8th may at the bottom, a shipping date of the 20th may at the top, attached to the cable is a receipt for the item which is dated the 23rd of may!!!
I guess I can't complain because the item showed up as 23 dollars on my visa even though it was supposed to cost 45 so I guess they cut me a break there.
