I was on paypal - YES, buying Head-fi equipment!! And I saw a link at the top "Try the New Paypal". Clicked on the link and here are the new items:

What's New

1. All-New Security Center
2. Network With Other PayPal Merchants
3. Sell Customized Gift Certificates On Your Website
4. Recommended Steps for Merchants

Have you seen it? Does it mean anything to you?

I haven't seen that message. It appears from the new features you've mentioned that it's aimed at sellers. I've never sold anything through paypal, only purchased, so perhaps that's why I'm not getting that message.
